Goofs
- Continuity error: Azrael captured four Smurfs (including Papa Smurf) using the machine he invented before he returned to Gargamel's hovel. However, in the hovel, five Smurfs are shown kept in a locked glass container.
- Continuity error: Even though four Smurfs were caught by Azrael's trap while inside Gargamel's hovel, when Brainy frees them latter on only Snappy and Hefty are the only Smurfs in it.
- Continuity error: Brainy was hiding between four cooking pans hung in Gargamel's hovel when one of them accidentally fell and hit Gargamel's head. In the next camera shot, Brainy was hiding between the same number of pans (four) instead of three.
