The fake Baby Smurf was actually Gargamel, who appeared as one to infiltrate the village and destroy the Smurfs from within in the episode "The Baby Smurf". Eventually the Smurfs discovered who was really Baby Smurf and sent him back home to his castle, where he regained his full human form -- except for the Smurf tail that was still sticking out of his robe.

Like the real Baby Smurf, the fake Baby Smurf was voiced by Paul Winchell.
