Character Name: Brainy |
Brainy is one of the main characters of the Smurfs cartoon show, who has appeared on the show throughout its entire run. He is the village intellectual who's not afraid to share his "wisdom" with his fellow Smurfs, even though it usually results in his being booted to the village limits (or knocked over the head with a hammer, as in the "non-canonical" Smurf story "The Smurfs And The Magic Flute"). He is also a very prolific author of many books, usually with his name in the title, and has been Papa Smurf's apprentice and assistant in his laboratory. He is easily identifiable by his glasses.
His character was voiced by Danny Goldman and Barry Gordon.
