Brainy is one of the main characters of Raven Child's series of Smurfs fanfiction stories, who is for the most part identical to his cartoon show universe counterpart. During the events in her stories, Brainy meets his female counterpart Brainette and eventually falls in love with her, though a disaster in the village leaves both him and her, plus Hefty, Toughette, Baby Smurf, Babette, and the Smurflings as the only survivors. Brainy eventually studies to be a great sorcerer and creates a new hidden Smurf Village somewhere in Canada, with himself as its leader and Brainette as his wife.
