Goofs

• Continuity: Balthazzar caught four Smurfs he saw flying in Handy's kite near his castle then latter on caught Papa Smurf, but in the scene where Gargamel was using a machine to lower three Smurfs into a boiling pot to make gold, three other Smurfs (including Papa Smurf) are in a cage watching. Balthazzar caught five Smurfs, so where did the sixth Smurf came from?
• Continuity: Smurfette used the stork Feathers to travel to Balthazzar's castle, but when Feathers rescues three Smurfs who were lowered by a machine into a boiling pot, Smurfette is not riding on its back. In fact, she is mysteriously missing throughout the rescue scene.
