• Smurfette briefly appears near the end of the episode (waving goodbye with the other Smurfs as the Tooth Fairy leaves the Smurf Village) but does not speak a line.

Goofs

• Animation error: When the Tooth Fairy uses her magic wand to cure the three Smurflings of their tooth problems, transparent outlines of three adult Smurfs (Greedy, Painter, and an unknown Smurf) very briefly (less than a second) appear. Their trousers are colored, but their upper bodies are not.
