Sickly is a Smurf who appeared in a few episodes around the time of Season 3. He is a Smurf who's usually under the weather, allergic to a lot of things. He is usually identified by a scarf he wears around his neck.

Sickly is an analog to Chilly Smurf in the original comic books.
