A Sweef is a Smurf-like alien being vaguely resembling a Swoof, except for having orange skin, pointy ears, and rather spiky hair. A Sweef also travels through space using rock-like saucer ships.
In "Dreamy's Pen Pals", a Sweef visited Dreamy in the Smurf Village to return one of the letters he had addressed to the Swoofs, saying that he had "misspelled" his name.
