Swoofette was a female Swoof who appeared in the episodes "The Astro Smurf" and "Dreamy's Pen Pals". She was actually Smurfette, who was changed into a Swoof by the potion that changed all her fellow Smurfs except Dreamy into Swoofs. Like her fellow Swoofs, Swoofette had green skin and long black hair, and she wore a yellow tunic whereas her fellow Swoofs wore yellow loincloths.

Her character was voiced by Lucille Bliss.
