Character Name is where the full name of the character appears. If the character is an alternate identity of another character, then add the alias on a separate line.

Gender is basically the character's gender

Race can refer to races (Smurfs, humans, etc.) or species of animals. It can also be used to identify characters that are mechanical in nature or have their origins from inanimate objects that are brought to life through magical means.

Occupation refers to the character's basic role.

Voiced by refers to who does the voice of the character. If the voice actor is unknown, then it should be listed as Unknown. For fanfiction characters, list as Not Applicable

First appeared in refers to the season that the character first appeared in, or made their only appearance if it's a one-shot character. For fanfiction characters, use the name of the story that the character first appears in.
