Tuffy is one of the main characters of the Smurfs cartoon show, who has appeared on the show from Season 4 up until around Season 8. He is a Smurf who wants to be like Hefty, but tends to be rather reckless to the point where he endangers his fellow Smurfs. He is easily identified by a belt that he wears around his Smurf pants. Tuffy appeared on four Season 4 episodes, "Gargamel's Giant", "The Trojan Smurf", "Lazy's Slumber Party", and "The Smurfbox Derby". The Season 8 episode of his appearance is unknown.

His character was voiced by Pat Fraley.
